Your coachFour walks this week — that’s real progress. On busy days, ten minutes still counts.
How it works
Small steps, taken together
-
Pick or copy a habit
Start your own, or browse a quiet library of public habits and tap Try this to make one yours.
-
Check in daily with a warm AI coach
One tap to check in. Your coach notices what’s working and keeps it kind — progress over perfection.
-
Grow together with friends’ cheers
Connect with people you care about and send each other cheers: an emoji or a short note that says “keep going.”
Works well alone. Better with friends.
-
Calm by design
No leaderboards, no competition. Just steady progress at your own pace.
-
You choose what’s shared
Private habits are visible only to you. Public ones can inspire others in the library.
-
Encouragement, not pressure
A quiet day is part of the journey. Your coach and your friends are there to cheer, not to judge.
Questions
Good to know
What is LetUsUp?
LetUsUp is a free habit tracker built around support instead of pressure. You check in on small daily, weekly or monthly habits, a warm AI coach notices what is working, and friends can send each other cheers.
Is LetUsUp free?
Yes. Habits, check-ins, reminders, streaks, friends, cheers and the AI coach are free. Optional AI habit drafts use tokens, and new accounts start with 10.
Does it work on Android, iPhone and in the browser?
Yes. LetUsUp runs on Android and iPhone (currently as a closed beta) and in any modern browser at app.letusup.com. Your account and habits are the same everywhere.
Can I keep a habit private?
Yes. A private habit is visible only to you: it never appears in the public library, on your profile or to your friends.
Is there a leaderboard or competition?
No. LetUsUp is calm by design: no rankings, points or levels. Progress is personal, and encouragement comes from people you choose.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic. You can fix any of the last seven days if you simply forgot to tap, and the app welcomes you back instead of scolding you.
